Just a quick reminder of the schedule for tonight's basketball games in Presho. MS BBB plays Winner tonight in the Raider Aux Gym. Games start at 4 pm CST. There will be 3 MS BBB games. The JV and Varsity BBB teams play tonight in the Gardens vs. KWL. JV starts at 5:15 pm CST and Varsity will follow at approx. 6:15 pm CST. GBB Varsity will also play tonight in the Gardens vs. Gregory, game will start after the boys varsity vs. KWL at approx. 7:30 pm CST. Go Raiders!
Lyman Schools will have a 10am Late Start tomorrow (Feb. 11) due to extreme cold weather predicted for the early morning. All scheduled school activities for tomorrow are still being held.
Due to the early dismissal today as a result of the poor weather conditions, there will be no MS BBB games in Philip today. Those games are canceled and will not be rescheduled. There will be no Girl's Basketball game tonight vs. Chamberlain, a rescheduled date has yet to be determined. There will be NO PRACTICES after school for all activities. Raider Fans! Tonight we recognize our Boys and Girls Wrestling teams along with their parents for Parent's Night. Although the girls will not be present tonight because they will be wrestling in Ft. Pierre tonight at the Big Dakota wrestling tournament, we will recognize our girls and their tonight by announcing them prior to the boys! The boys will be facing off against Groton, Marion-Freeman, and Bennett Co. Wrestling will begin at 5:00 pm CST and we will be running two mats. We will recognize our wrestlers and their parents between the 2nd and 3rd duals. We will also be recognizing our AAU wrestlers as well. Looking forward to a great night of wrestling as we recognize our Lyman Raider wrestlers. Go Raiders!

Mrs. McClanahan's 8th grade science class visited the preschool to show them their salamanders as they are learning all about the letter S!
Tonight the Lyman GBB team travels to Highmore to take on the Highmore-Harrold Pirates. JV game starts at 6:30 pm with only 2 quarters, varsity will follow at approximately 7:15 pm. Good Luck Raiders.

We had so much fun celebrating the 100th day of school in the elementary!!! It was so fun seeing the ideas students came up with for the T-shirt decorating contest!
We had a little extra fun and put all of our 3R tickets in a pool. A golden ticket was hidden and student names were drawn for a chance to try and find it!! The students who found the golden ticket won an extra recess for their class!
Lyman Elementary students of the week!! We also enjoyed some outstanding talents involving music, sewing, and possibly the start of a new modeling career??? 😆🥰

BBB Varsity will follow at approximately 4:00 pm CST/3:00 pm MST. THERE WILL BE NO JV BBB GAME DUE TO SICKNESS AND INJURIES. Go Raiders!
Good Morning Raider Fans! Tonight the BBB/GBB teams host New Underwood in the Gardens. Tonight is also Parent's Night for our GBB/BBB teams and sideline cheerleaders. The schedule is as follows: GBB JV starts at 4:00 pm CST, followed by the BBB JV approx. 4:45 pm. We will recognized our Parents and athletes at approx. 5:30/5:45 pm CST. Parents, please be at the gym by 5:20 pm CST. We will announce the sideline cheerleaders first, followed by the GBB team and then the BBB team. After we recognize the parents and our athletes, our GBB Varsity game will start at approx. 6:15 pm CST or so. Varsity BBB game will follow at approx. 7:30 pm CST. It is also coaches vs. cancer night, come out and support cancer awareness! Go Raiders!
Elementary families!!! Our 100th day of school is quickly approaching and we are getting ready to celebrate!! Each student was given a white t-shirt to take home and decorate (see the picture for details). The students must wear their shirt at school this Monday, February 3rd to be entered in the contest. Our theme is 100 Days Sweeter but they do not have to follow it for the contest if they have other ideas. We LOVE seeing the creativity come out with our pumpkin contest every October, and can't wait to see what they come up with!!!
