Here's what the upcoming week has in store for Lyman activities. Varsity boys and girls track will be in Onida on Monday April 15th. This meet was recently added due to weather cancellations. Our track team will also be in Wall on Friday April 19th. Our golf team is scheduled to be in Wessington Springs on Wednesday April 17th and Philip on Friday April 19th. State FFA will is April 18-20. Reminder there is no school for the kids on Thursday April 18th and Friday April 19th. Should be a great week of activities! Go Raiders!
Lots of fun was had in the elementary today! Our March Madness AR bracket winners enjoyed a pizza party for lunch and our 3R ticket winners got to snuggle Mrs. Smith's baby chicks!

The fifth grade class had an OUTSTANDING experience with their first transition day in Presho!! The Presho staff was very accommodating and the kids made us so proud! Huge shout out to everyone who helped organize this event, the kids LOVED it!! Very proud of all our Raiders today!

Save the date for preschool/kindergarten screenings! This is for all kids turning 4 or 5 by September 1st, even if they are currently enrolled in preschool. (Current kindergarteners do not need this screening again.) Please don't hesitate to ask questions!

Lyman will be the host for FFA District 8 Career Development Events on Wed., April 3. On that day over 400 students from approximately 15 other districts will descend on Presho for a day of competition . Due to this contest and the disruption it poses to the building in Presho, we WILL NOT have all MS and HS students on that day. Staff will assist with the FFA events.
