UPDATE! The middle school 6th grade and 7th grade VB matches for tonight vs. Philip start time will be adjusted. The start time will be moved from 4:00 pm CST to 4:30 pm CST. Those matches will still be played in the Raider gym. The start time for the 8th grade (High School C-Team) match will still start at 5:15 pm CST in the Gardens as originally scheduled. JV and Varsity will follow. Go Raiders!

Basketball cheerleading tryouts will be Monday, October 21st at 5pm in the Raider gym! Cheerleaders will be asked to perform 1. an introduction stating their name, age and any experience in gymnastics or cheer 2. 2 jumps 3. Miss Laura, the 4H youth program coordinator, has been visiting the first graders every Wednesday to teach about dairy cows and how we get our dairy products. They have been learning so much and even got to adopt and name a cow/calf pair! :)

National Boss's Day is today and we are lucky enough to have these two! Thank you, Mr. Buus and Mr. Long for everything you do for our staff and students!

Good luck to our Cross Country runners, Utah, Chevi, and Lilly today as they head to Gettysburg for regions! Run fast! We are proud of you!

Today, the elementary attended an assembly in recognition of Native American Day (Monday, October 14th). The students learned what Native American Day is and how you can celebrate it. Some students talked about their traditions and Mrs. Smith shared stories behind her star quilts and ribbon skirts. Thank you to the students and parents who contributed to this awesome presentation!

What a way to start the day!!!! Austin Berry from the DOT stopped by to greet our students and emphasize transportation safety. Each student got a welcoming greeting and a light up bracelet!! Thank you for putting smiles on our faces, Austin!!!

UPDATE! The youth football games will start around 5:30/5:45 tomorrow! 3rd & 4th grade team followed by 5th & 6th grade team!

ANNOUNCEMENT! Reminder high school and middle school students, tomorrow will be a shortened class schedule and Coronation will start at 2:30 in the Lyman Gardens! Our middle school football ball team will play White River at 4:30 pm tomorrow. Rueman Ag will be sponsoring a Tailgate at the football field approximately 6 pm to kick off Homecoming Week as well! The Lyman youth football teams will be playing at approximately 6:30 pm under the lights tomorrow night vs Gregory! What a fun Monday! Go Raiders!
