Good morning, Lyman Middle School and High School families!
Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4, we are hosting the Music Contest in Presho. High School band and choir students need to be the school by 9am. Busses will be running normal in the morning if they need to ride the bus.
Middle School and High School students who have three or more assignments on the ICU list will also need to be in attendance tomorrow. Mrs. Hills and Mrs. Muirhead have been contacting families of those students that need to be here. If you are wondering if your child needs to be here tomorrow, please call the school for clarification. Thanks! 605-895-2662.

We kicked off our Read Across America Week activities with mystery guest readers today!!!! Thank you to our friends Jamie Griffith, Carmen AKA Big Mama, Senior Conway Collins, and Mr. Long!! The kids loved it!
Along with our Dr. Seuss Week fun, the kids will participate in our annual A's vs B's AR competition and grades 2-5 have begun their March Madness brackets. Take a moment as often as you can to encourage your child to read!!!!

The Lyman Raiders Girls' Basketball 2nd Round Region Game is at 6PM Thursday, Feb. 26 at the Corn Palace in Mitchell against Burke. Ticket prices are $4 students and $6 adults and will be streamed at: lymanraiderslive.com

Good morning Lyman families!
On Wednesday this week, we will release school at 1pm. The middle and high school staff will be available for in-person parent-teachers conferences from 4-7 that day.
If you are unable to make in-person conferences and would like to have a phone conference, teachers will be available from 2-4 that day.
Elementary conference times have been sent home. Please make sure to check your scheduled time and contact the teacher if you need to change.
Also note: on March 4th, the High School will be hosting a Music Contest. Middle School and High School students will not be in attendance this day unless they are involved in contest. Elementary will still be in session.

On Wednesday February 18 at 2:30pm in the Gardens, the University of South Dakota Symphonic Band and Jazz Band will be performing as part of their winter tour. This event is free and open to the public.

The Marvel Rivals team lost to Flandreau, 2-0 in Round 1.
The Rocket League Team defeated both Rapid City Stevens and Central, 2-0, but lost to Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, 2-0 in group play.
